I booked a last minute one night stay at this hotel for myself, my kid and our dog. I read the reviews and people were saying a lot of great things and although the pictures didn’t look that great, I booked it. Granted, we were having a heat wave and everyone was trying to get to the coast which pushed the hotel prices, I’m sure. But having paid $425 for one night stay, I was disappointed at the state of the room that we stayed in. It looked clean but everything was so dated. Great location! Right where the estuary fresh water flows into the ocean. We were greeted by a herd of elk on our first night. We had the family unit #23. It was huge! Lots of room for our family and a nice kitchen. 2 nice bathrooms. This hotel is located right off the shops and the ocean front. Highly recommend.
