We are from NE Minnesota and have spent 2 winters at this fabulous vacation spot. Located right on the Strand you feel like you are living right on the water. Apartments are clean and spacious and everything is furnished. All you need are your clothes and groceries. On site laundry provided as is Dish TV. Owners/landlords are awesome people and go out of their way to help you out, answer any questions and are overall just wonderful people. Check this place out..you won't be disappointed.
Exactly what we had in mind for our beach get away! Staff was friendly, rooms are very clean and nice. Can't wait to visit again!! Highly recommend!!!!
THIS PLACE ROCKS! Great ocean views, within walking distance of downtown Oceanside and the various activities (like good food, farmer's markets, and vender markets on Thursday). Plus, the deck overlooking the Strand and the ocean is the only one of its kind! It is a great place to sit, drink, meet the other people who are staying and living there (and they are GREAT) or just be by yourself. Awesome spot! I'm super happy about my stay!! Just checked out this morning.. I didn't want to leave :( .... The owners/managers are really cool. They are there to make you happy for sure! Prices are very reasonable. No added fees like other places that require deposits, cleaning fees, and guests of guests fees... Hassle! This one is EASY! Just clean after yourselves and tip the cleaning lady to finish the rest! ;) The rooms are smaller. It will only bug you if you're high maintenance and materialistic.
