RecommendedGood service... Food was lovely...
Terrible customer service! We asked to set up a reservation ahead of time and they say no just come on in and we will get you set up! Then we get here and they ask us if we had a reservation because the wait is 40 mins long!!!!!! Like wtf! Plus the hostess is rude and shouldn’t be working in a customer service position! Don’t waste your time at this poor excuse for a customer service establishment!!!! There are plenty of other places in this town with quality service, definitely don’t waste your time here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Grouper tasted fishy and waiter acted like we were an inconvenience to him. Never going back. Paid over $100.00 for bad food and poor service. Told manger about it. All he said was sorry. He made no effort to address our issues.
Chris was our server, he was outstanding and we enjoyed our food immensely! We would highly recommend this restaurant in Orlando.. Everything was tastefully done
