Among many problems, the hostess lied to my party. Stated our table was being busted and after waiting 30 mins it was still being busted. The server was very nice but forgot to serve a side dish and one of the steaks order was never put in. So my brother had to eat his dinner well after the family's dinner was done. Our entire family will never go back and will be sure to tell others of our horrible experience
I've been to landrys before and it is usually a great experience. However when we went last week it was horrible . We had to send our food back three times before it came back out. A manager came over and told us she would take care of us and all she did was take $10 off the bill, mind u each meal was $25 a piece. Horrible service and horrible staff. Never again
The food was good, as usual BUT.....2.5 hours AFTER we were seated and a table full of dirty dishes thru the entire meal was just too much with 3 small kids.
Don't come here wait is horrible. Didnt even take our bill for 45 minutes. Negative experience and a waste of time.
Where do I even begin with this place... Warning... very long review, but there's no other way to tell this story and you can't make this stuff up! We arrived at the restaurant to meet some family for dinner who are locals and loved this place. We were told 45 mins to an hour wait which we were fine with because they were slammed. Very good meal. My wife loved her Mahi and my steak was tender and juicy. Very friendly staff. Would definitely go back!
Bad waiter. Everything was wrong. My meal came out way later than the others in my party. I NEVER saw broccoli come out with the crown just cut in half. Not cooked. Fish over cooked. Dirty salad plates. But other than that.......
This place is awful.... 30 mins after we ordered, someone other than our server came out and told me that my app was not gluten free.... 45 mins after we ordered, I finally got my salad.... Over an hour after we ordered, we finally got our entrees!!! When we did get our entrees, my plate was so hot I couldn't touch it which meant it sat in the window. (I work in the industry). My wine was gone so we had to order the next drink from the bar. The bartender was very nice and prompt.... The only good thing about this place!
