Service was horrible. Left before our dinner was served because we refused to wait any longer. They switched our waitress and the new waitress whom I was told had been filled in on what we had ordered acted as if she didnt so we had to ask for our appetizer eventually after salad had already been served. Drinks never came so when we asked our waitresd she was not told we had ordered drinks. After witnessing the trouble anothwr table was having as well we decided to leave#!
Party of 6, no one ordered anything unusual, but it took forever to get our food, and then only 5 of us got our entrees, took another 15 minutes for the 6th plate to arrive. Steaks were not cooked as ordered. Nothing offered to compensate for the long wait. We were there for 2 hours once we were seated. Ridiculous!
Service was awful. One guest wasn't told that they were out of scallops until everyone else was served. Took 20 minutes for drinks, never got our water nor our garlic bread. One guest had pocketbook taken by hostess then they claimed they didn't do it. Eventually they 'found' it. Bill came all messed up. Then after paying they brought Bill back again asking for us to pay twice.
I am a Landrys Select Member. I love everything about this place including the $25.00 birthday reward and bananas foster! I wish I could eat there tonight but I am in Virginia.
Mediocre and very over priced food. Waitress was friendly at the start but service was just awful. Never even got the water we asked for! Will not be back.
Great food, great drinks, great service! It's a little pricey, but worth it!
Food is always excellent and if you're lucky enough to get Eric as your waiter, you're in for a great night.
The customer service was excellent! The food and portions was beyond perfect. Clean, great smelling establishment. Gotta come every time I'm at Myrtle Beach!
As we're eating they were cleaning all around us for closing even though the restaurant was open for another hour. Was not as good as the one in San Antonio either. Never again
