Food was good. Our waiter was great and good customer service. The salad was to die for. Will come back again
Service was very slow and after an hour no meal server stated that another server took our food then manager tells us that our ticket for our meal was misplaced I then told her that's not what our server said we then cashed out after no meal and we didn't even get our drinks or appetizer comp'd and not much of an apology either .. we will not go back
My husband and I ate here tonight in hopes of returning to a place we loved the last time we were here... The service was horrific. From the hostess to the waitress, it was just bad. We sat there and watched two tables (4+ guests) physically get up and leave because they weren't acknowledged by a server. The waitress in the section next to us clearly saw us sitting as she swept the floor and picked crumbs off the table next to us and never said "let me see who's helping you" or "did you guys need a server". Our vacation was in the off season. The food wss great and no wait at all.
We love it!!! The best juicy so tender n tasty steak we have eaten on the East Coast!!!
