Prompt , sent tech right away to rediagnose, advise and offered a solution , more than the company that has been servicing these units for over 20 years. Their solution was to replace one of the two units for 11k. Air Source 1 sent their tech Ben, who was patient, took the time to explain in detail the issues, costs, expectations of temporary fixes to a system from 1984, but hopeful a motor replacement might buy more time to prepare financially for replacement.
