Fantastic service and really sharp tech named Cole. On time and thorough. Cannot say enough good about this outfit. Telephone handling was great by the office staff, too. That was in 2025 and 2024. Then wonderful Lance came out this year and performed his magic equally as well. Great company! Mr. Bradley also helped us at one point for a different unit/matter at another time and totally top notch! Daniel arrived ahead of schedule. Diagnosed the issue and had the unit operating within minutes. Took video and explained in detail the root cause of the failure. Made additional adjustments to the system. He also explained that further investigation will be required to determine a more permanent fix.
I called Air Source One this morning and a repairman was here within an hour. He was able to repair my A/C quickly and expertly. I would recommend Air Source One Cooling and Heating to anyone needing quality, professional service of an HVAC system.
Called them to check to see if my penetration hole for sealed. Didn’t know what a penetration hole was- showed him a video and he said they were ( in fact they were not). Then said I would get a call the next week to set appt to service my handler and nobody called. Charged me $120 for absolutely nothing
