Absolute trash owners and landlords. Do not rent here. I've waited over 2 years for them to fix my dishwasher and a leaky bath tub. Now they're cutting down my fence for my patio and telling me i cant have flowers outside my apartment and rasing my rent when they're making it a worse place to live. They stole checks rent from half the tenants and tried to evict them. They are very rude and shady people 0/10 do not recommend.

I would give a the rating and experience -10 stars. Rented from this slum lord asked for things to be fixed for years and months. Very neglectful to property upkeep of general maintenance air conditioner toilet water leaks mold and mildew. Look at the dates on complaints on text messages starting in Sept 2020 never was repaired up until October 2021. During hurricane Ida the ceiling which I started complaining about 2/22/2021 was never repaired the roof and ceiling caved in they placed a tarp on apt and said it is livable. I... read more
