The office manager, Jaimie, is a joke; rude and nasty. You will wait over an hour to be taken into a dirty treatment room to wait longer; the cleaning crew dusts around anything sitting on the counter. You will be overbilled! Their billing company won't answer the phone or return calls so I can't get my money back they owe me. I was told "oh I don't check that email" when I wanted to detail a conversation in writing. Now I'm struggling with getting my records transferred to a new doctor.

This office works their butts off to keep things running smoothly. Of course there's a wait like every other doctors office.

The unprofessional office manager Jamie charges you $85 for rescheduling an appointment and when you question it they send you a letter telling you to get another doctor. Horrible office... I’ve never seen a practice run like this!

Horrible office staff.. Jaime ithe office manager is the nastiest person I have ever dealt with. They charge interest charges before you receive your first bill. Don't ever go to this office. You will end up regretting it! You wait over an hour everytime to the "doctor"... well you actually see the PA almost everytime!

Dr. Landrio began treating my father for Parkinson's Disease several years ago. When Dad began going to see him he was in a terrible state with a severe tremor that not only made his mobility very difficult, but also had a detrimental effect on his self esteem. Since Dr. Landrio has been treating Dad, the tremor is now gone and while Dad is still having to deal with the other Parkinson's issues as the disease progresses; Dr. Landrio is still by our side helping to make all of our lives better

Dr Landrio is very knowledgable about rare/life threatening conditions. We had been to several other physicians before seeing him and getting a diagnosis and proper treatment plan. We can not say enough kind words for everything he has done for my husband. He is beginning to get the quality of life back that he once had.

I went to see this Dr. He said he needed to do test. I told him my story honestly. I had been out of work since Sept. and Insurance had stopped paying me in Dec and I would do the test if he was willing to work with me. He asked if I still had Insurance and I said yes. He than said he would work with me and took test in the office and sent me to Hagerstown, MD to for further testing. When I went back for follow up they would not see me without $30 copay. I had to call my son for his CC to pay.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. The billing company they use will mess up your billing through the insurance company, never call you to tell you there is a billing issue, then sue you for the balance. they do not handle the billing through their office. It is handled by JD Matthews. I never met the doctor during my two sleep studies. I met assistants on all three of my visits. Avoid this disaster of a experience at all costs.

Dr. Landrio, Anne Solomon NP and the staff are the absolute best! After several years of misdiagnosed illness and many doctors, I was finally diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis. Dr Landrio and Anne both listen to you, are caring, patient and respectful! This is so refreshing and important for patients. The office staff are genuinely kind. They also take care of filing and communicating with your insurance! The care and expertise you deserve without driving to the city!
