This is the worst apartment complex cony is so rude and they never repair anything the are very very unprofessional and unhelpful the apartment is full of coacroaches and dirty and broke utilities please let the management know that they are asking for money to repair something
No maintenance for a year. Went back and forth with the previous and current property management for a while. When it was time renew my lease I was told I’d get $300 off the nxt months rent. I told them I’d renew if they did some maintenance. Most of the maintenance has been completed and they did a pretty good job, however I’m still waiting for “the window company” to come fix a window. It’s been a couple of weeks and I haven’t heard anything about when/if it’s been scheduled nor did I receive the promised discount on rent.... read more
Heading into my third month of paying pet rent, even though I clearly told them I don't own a pet anymore. Adding insult to injury they have charged me 35 dollars a month since February. I've informed the management three times already, they frantically type something at the keyboard as I inform the facts (might as well be updating their instagram account) and cruelly pretend they feel sympathy for my loss.
