Humiliating experience. Rushed, uncaring, and was told to stop talking and he would interrupt and dismiss my concerns. Not sure why he’s part of NWM. He’s awful. I will not recommend anyone to him.
My insurance gave me Dr. Duyka as a ENT referral and at first when I read the reviews he had I was worried but I’m not sure why they are so negative because I had a great experience with him. I met him I think 2 times before the surgery he did on my neck. I had a cyst removed that I had my whole life. He did such a great job and explained everything so clearly and detailed before the surgery. It’s been less than a week since my surgery and my neck is already healing so good!!
