I drove all the way from the suburbs. I left my house at 10:40 thinking 60 minutes was enough time to get here, not knowing that there was nowhere to park because they didn’t mention that while making my appointment and then when I finally got here I was 18 minutes late. They allow 15 minutes and I had to pay two dollars for parking after I drove around the block like four times and they would refuse to see me.
