The complex is very quiet most times. You can have pets, which is amazing! And all service calls are handled quickly. There are no bugs or pests in my building. There is ample parking. Best part is it is away from busy roads. There is also a pool which is very nice! I feel very safe and comfy here. Also, when I put in service requests they are handled quickly, by professionals, and the work is of good quality.

Security is ZERO percent. I have lived in this apartment building for about 2 years, I have never for once pay my rent late or owe rent. My service van was vandalized in the packing lort, a d all my home improvement tools were stolen. I stopped the manager on his way to the leasing office that morning, he deliberately ignored the situation and could not even step out of his car. He showen me a high degree of less concerned.
