I love the location & can always find a parking spot. I also like her here doctor. My mother has dementia & I only have one complaint. Some may relate to this. The KU Landon Center medical providers insists on using the patient portal. My mother has dementia & she can no longer use computers or smart phones. I don’t like the pressure & constant encouragement to use a computerized portal by KU. At this time my brother & I do not want her online as her dementia symptoms increases. I am very pleased with this facility. The nurses and doctor worked well with my family members. They have helped to beat the odds of a medical condition that had gone untreated for some time. I am relieved to know they are here when I need them the most. They have a smile upon their faces along with a helping hand. Very caring.
