Natalie is by far the best there is. We were so comfortable with her and her knowledge. We were in a very competitive situation with the property. I was so impressed when she went over every detail of the inspection with us to make sure we were good with going forward. She made us feel at ease and calmed our nerves when needed. I would highly recommend Natalie Virdell to anyone looking to purchase a home.
Natalie Virdell was deeply knowledgeable and was a great communicator. She told us what we need to make our house marketable. Her suggestions were right on track. She sold our house within the period she said it would take to sell. She had great insight into negotiating the offers we received. I would absolutely use Natalie again. She is exceptionally talented and so wonderful to work with selling our house.
The good was ok, I really wanted the place down the street but it was closed, I had craving for chicken and red curry. It was much sweeter than I prefer.
