I lived there for a year. It's not perfect, but left a positive impression. PROS: - Friendly staff all around, from the custodial staff to the leasing team. - 24h concierge - Amazing gym, the best I've seen in the segment. - Great pool and hot tub (sadly only for the summer) - Nice views, plenty of natural light. - Awesome work-from-home lounge. - Maintenance was pretty quick and efficient, the maintenance folks were super nice. - Move in/out was pretty smooth. Living at Landmark West Loop has been a wonderful experience. The staff are always friendly and responsive, the facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the location is extremely convenient for both school and daily life. I feel very comfortable and at home here, and I truly appreciate the high standard of service provided.
