The apartments are lovely, concierge and maintenance staff are great too! Every single person that works in the management/leasing office will be nice up until you sign your lease. Once they have you locked in and they have your money they are so unbelievably rude. For whatever reason they walk around acting like they’re better than you. Get a life for real. And no I will not call you to discuss my review because you never answer the phones anyway!
