STAY AWAY! PARK ANYWHERE ELSE. Terrible customer service. Purchased a spot on Spot Hero, trying to get in, QR code didn't work, called the number of the reservation and person told us to take a ticket. On the way out, tried to scan QR code and said not checked in. Pressed button for assistance and attendant was extremely rude and had the reservation and name but talked over me and wouldn't help. The QR code did not work, so we called for assistance and were told that was fine and we simply needed to call back when we were leaving so they could let us out. When we followed those exact instructions, the staff refused to let us out and were incredibly rude in the process. Their system failed, their instructions were inconsistent, and their customer service was unacceptable. I have never had such a negative experience. Avoid parking here if you expect basic competence or courtesy.
We had trouble with our parking qr code and the customer service representative was very very rude and raising his voice at us for no reason. Terrible.
