Great people, nice people, HONEST PEOPLE. Will recommend everyone to this place. Emission test failed, was told it was something inside transmission, took the truck to Landmark....turned out it was a brake light and wiring. Like is said HONEST!
Diagnosed my service code only to tell me it was not a transmission issue. And they sent me a hand-written Thank You note for the opportunity to be of service!!! Nice to meet honest people that have your best interest in mind!
As if the service to the car and their personal customer service at the shop and on the phone wasn't enough, they even sent out a handwritten thank you to us for the business. Wow, I would have and do recommend Roberts Landmark Transmission, but the handwritten note!!!!! That just shows you a business that truly cares about their customers.
