10+ years living here! Dont waste your money on this place! DO NOT rent with Boardwalk, and if you can afford today's greedy rent look elsewhere. They are extremely unprofessional and very greedy. They provide horrible customer service, in the rental office and call centre and head office. They have raised the rent in 2025 above the guide line (5.5%), but can't provide any proof or reason and expect us to pay it, even though it has not been approved yet, or they will threaten you collections or eviction, and they are trying for an additional 5.10% for 2026, and it has not been approv... read more
Well, I originally gave this place 4 stars. I have since changed my mind. 4 straight years of construction by shoddy contractors. Substandard workmanship and poor quality of work. Harassing office staff, scare tactics, and poor communication. Too many yappy dogs and even worse dog parents. There is constant banging in building 112 and the office staff want its residents to find out where it’s coming from. Unacceptable! Boardwalk is number one company to harass their tenants- be it a landlord, super, management or even a cleaning person. We are daily harassed in our resident at 106 Baseline Road landmark tower by cleaning lady name Alma. she swears and grunts whenever our kids or us pass by. i know her job is cleaning and we are always very careful but there are foot marks here and there when its muddy outside. no need to be rude and disgraceful! so fed up with these workers who hardly work but get paid for harassment.
