They were not very pleasant to work with. From the beginning there was very little communication.. I went in to sign my papers and was argued with when I questioned some of the numbers on the HUD. instead of taking the time to explain it and treating me like a paying customer, they just told me I was incorrect based on how he interpreted the contract even though it was clearly stated the seller was to pay all closing costs. Landmark Title has been my title company of choice for the past few years. Stephen Albertine, the firms attorney, has handled difficult situations with patience and superior knowledge. The last closing I had with Landmark was less than one week ago and the buyer was treated with respect and the closing statement was explained in detail. Joanne and Peggy provide fast answers and will call the buyers and sellers as needed which is a great bonus for busy realtors. Highly recommend!
We had a closing last week and it could not have been done any better. The Lawyer spent extra time with my client, explained all of questions they had. I have only one word to explain their service, Great. I will use them again!
I would highly recommend them. Peggy was great and Stephen the attorney was wonderful. We had a hiccup at closing and he helped me in handling it. Was super patient, responded immediately to my emails and never made me feel like I was bothering him.
