Landmark Title has been my title company of choice for the past few years. Stephen Albertine, the firms attorney, has handled difficult situations with patience and superior knowledge. The last closing I had with Landmark was less than one week ago and the buyer was treated with respect and the closing statement was explained in detail. Joanne and Peggy provide fast answers and will call the buyers and sellers as needed which is a great bonus for busy realtors. Highly recommend!

We had a closing last week and it could not have been done any better. The Lawyer spent extra time with my client, explained all of questions they had. I have only one word to explain their service, Great. I will use them again!

I would highly recommend them. Peggy was great and Stephen the attorney was wonderful. We had a hiccup at closing and he helped me in handling it. Was super patient, responded immediately to my emails and never made me feel like I was bothering him.

As a Realtor, I hope to never work with Landmark Title again. The service and Integrity was poor from the start until the very end. No communication from anyone including the attorney. I and another Realtor represented the seller. The buyer's lender suggested they use this title company. The buyers Realtor as well felt the same way. If I could give them Zero Stars I would.
