First, thanks for the promotion, and they help me to check in the storage at 5:27 (close at 5:30). However, I do not know way they ask me a lot of questions to make me very uncomfortable and anger. For instance: 1. They ask me why I do not drop off the U-haul key on their drop box last night. I want to change an order payment card, and I do not find the drop box. I'm not surprised this is closed permanently.
Really disappointed. My friend used this facility during his deployment and got a climate controlled unit and absolutely everything of his smells atrocious. Washed everything that could be washed and his apartment still reeks from the storage unit smell. I've never had this experience any time I've stored my items. Really disappointed and appalled.
Landmark Self Storage has been nothing short of AMAZING!!! The staff is beyond helpful, they have been in the industry for a long time and are very knowledgeable. In addition to storage needs they assisted with my U-Haul rental. I would highly recommend this facility for storage and U-Haul needs!!
Best customer service I have ever received. Knowledgeable and resourceful staff, helpful, organized, clean establishment. Definitely reccomend this place for storage near fort riley.
