Mark and his partner have completed 2 projects for us. The performance and quality on the first project led us to trust them with the second. And, we intend to use them again. They take the time to fully assess what is necessary, communicate every step of the way and deliver great work at a fair price. I highly recommend having them bid out your project against others in an industry filled with shysters! Attached pic is of their completed drywall, carpentry and tiling work. We are so pleased with the results.
Chuck was great to have on board as contractor! Very responsive, explained options to me in easily understandable way, and did a great job finishing my garage. Prompt and professional!
I highly recommend Landmark Royal. They did an outstanding job removing popcorn, texturing, and painting. My ceilings look fantastic now. Mark and Chuck are highly professional and skilled craftsmen. I will definitely use them on my next drywall or painting project.
Mark was awesome. He was hired on short notice and stayed in communication before his arrival. He fixed our front door flawlessly - was sticking very bad. He also fixed the door handle that we didn't even know was going to fail soon. Mark also checked our patio door for function - we didn't even ask him! He charged us a VERY reasonable rate for his work and the time and care he took in doing the repair. Mark is very personable and easy to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mark for your door service needs.
Amazing service and quality! Communication was great from the bidding process to cleanup, and Chuck and his crew showed up early every day and worked hard the whole time. They were also very sweet to my dog and 2 kids who were running around in the mornings when they were here. I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them again for our next project!
