We had our roof and two skylights replaced in June. I waited a couple of months for this review to make sure the job was as good as it appeared. The crew took the course of two days to complete the job because of rain. They were really efficient and the cleanup was thorough. We only found a few nails after the fact which was great. They may be a good residential roofing company but I certainly wouldn't recommend them for a business (church). Very slow in getting the job completed. Tore up newly wrapped gutter system leaving scratches all over it. Left huge ruts in the yard and broke cement sidewalk and left ridges in asphalt. Jobs been completed for 3 + weeks and still haven't shown up to address the issues. And now we find a leak that is crumbling historic interior plaster. A new roof was to avoid such a problem. Landmark did an awesome job replacing my roof. Their workers were professional and efficient. When they were done, they did an excellent job of cleaning up any debris from removing the old roof. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a new roof or any time of roofing needs.
