Never use these people March 17th - Hal, the rep, came to my house to evaluate my needs. Had a nice enough conversation with him. Hal pointed out some other areas of concern and I agreed to have them included in his estimate. Before leaving Hal said it would be a “few weeks” before he had the estimate to me since he was “very busy”. I had no issue since I wanted the work done in the spring and it was only mid-March.
