Property manager is a money hungry sorry excuse for an individual.
Don’t let anyone tell you these are good apartments , no one ever comes and fixes anything , if they do you have to call multiple times before the ever show up , They are infested , old and just disgusting.
Good apartments. Nice maintenance workers that do their best to fix anything that is messed up in any apartment. There is a wonderful manager there that is willing to work with you on different things. The apartments are clean and nice.
The most disgusting apartment I have ever rented. I broke my lease ASAP. A few weeks and I was GONE. The apartments are musty and infested with ROACHES! On top of that, they want to charge high rent with ZERO maintenance. I moved in despite the fact that they didn't fix any of the issues we saw during inspection, which was a HUGE mistake. The kitchen was unusable. Bathroom toilets are the toilets you see in a kindergarten bathroom. Just cheap, dirty, musty, and INFESTED! I had to get the hell out!
