Kelly is a the person to go to for securing good deals. Landmark provides very affordable studios for individuals (or students with no access to university dormitories) who just begin their career in the DC area. I am always satisfied with the price and studio choices Landmark offers.
Really enjoyed my time living at one of their apartments in River Place, great location. The rental agents and leasing office were very helpful (especially during Covid), did their best to be accommodating, always responded promptly to requests, and their apartment selection is quite varied. If you're looking for a place in Arlington, VA, I would definitely recommend checking out their apartment listings!
I love NorthRiverPlace building. I have been living there for 6 years. I really appreciate to Mrs.Kelly who helped to find right apt. Therefore, this building is very peaceful and receptionists are very kind, responsible, and make us be comfortable. Thank you guys 🥰🥰🥰
