Don't think you are going to list your house here. And dont go in if you don't like/allergic to dogs. After living in Highlands, buying 7 properties, my husband and I decided to sell. People from Florida are absolutely not welcomed here and we wanted out. Walked in, to go in and retrieve my paperwork for all my homes and properties. The receptionist, with 2 GIANT and overly groomed matching dogs, with, I might add, GIANT portraits of them hanging up, was nice. Renters beware. Do not rent from Landmark Realty or Carole Lufburrow if your dates are important. I booked a rental during Masters week. After accepting, confirming and collecting the costs, Carole contacted me asking me to cancel my reservation as she had renters who had rented it in prior years requesting my confirmed dates. When I refused to cancel she canceled on her end. She refunded money but we were left without a place to stay. While trying to discuss with her she became rude and insulting and cut off communication.
