5 stars for Sam Lupas and Kristen Hitchcock! Highly recommend! We were looking for something rather specific in the Cashiers area. Their local knowledge and professional expertise helped us find the perfect parcel. Kristen communicated quickly and effectively. Her knowledge of local zoning rules and professional contacts was invaluable during the due diligence process.
Misleading information and photos on the website made it appear as though a rental cabin had a wood burning stone fireplace. Fake fire place props, along with the fire place being darkened out in the photos online and blackened stones above the fire place added to the misrepresentation. We have used Landmark several times in the past but this will be our last. Very disappointed.
This is an absolute joke. I rented with them for a year and my roommate and I had a hard time getting in contact with them constantly, as well as when we had questions concerning our lease and departure no one seemed to be informed about anything to do with our renting situation.
