I worked with Karson Klein to purchase a home in Lead. I was not living in the area, so Karson set up a tour and inspection at a convenient time for me. He did all the work in scheduling and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. He was easy to work with and communicated what was going on with the purchase.
