I’ve had a great experience with Landmark Realty. They really stand out as a local team that cares—not just about their properties, but about the people living in them. Everything feels well-managed, responsive, and thoughtfully maintained. You can tell they put real effort into creating quality rental communities. Definitely a company I’d recommend if you’re looking for a place that feels taken care of.
We love living at crescent! Staff is a delight. Great views of nature and a quiet street. With the crescent trail it’s a safe place to take a walk and get fresh air. No cars to worry about. You can walk to Starbucks and several restaurants. The staff makes it “easy living”!
I lived at the 4105 Wisconsin property for many years until I got married and absolutely loved it! Safe, clean, responsive management, and reasonable prices. Beautiful hardwood floors and other details. This is a fabulous place to live.
For a first renting experience it was almost perfect. If I had one complaint it would be overall cleanliness, and even then it wasn't notably bad.
We've lived in a landmark property for two and a half years, great landlord, looks out for us more than any other landlord I've ever had, and always treats us with respect.
