The real estate agent, Ann Marie ******* and broker that I dealt with last year are unethical. The real estate agent was at the time trying to sell the house. We needed some improvements to an area. Then she provided a contractor for our large project. I did not tell her to find a contractor, but she offered. A few months previously, I only asked for a referral list. That's it.
