I think DONT EVER EVER rent a place from ***** and this property management co. They are by far the worse, most dishonest and lack of integrity company I have ever felt with in 30 years as a renter. From dishonest business practices to rude and disrespectful interactions with clients this company gives all property management companies a bad name. BEWARE..

Mr. ******* is a former tenant who leased a house directly from the owner prior to our managing it. Mr. ******* subsequently sublet part of the house to another party without the knowledge or permission of either the owner nor Landmark. He signed an agreement with this party, collected a deposit as well as rent from this party without disclosing that he did not have the authority to do so.
