Terrible service. They think they can play with out time. They showed us an apartment and we really liked it. They said that we could move that same day if we had everything right, so we did. After that they mentioned that it would take a little longer and when we came again, they said that they have it already rent it. And they didn’t even let us know to start looking for another one. Shame of them.

My son and his roommate have called number of times to renew their lease and the office makes excuses. I told him to call corporate and report their lazyness. If they put a "eviction " notice on their door, I WILL file a complaint and move up if it leads to court. None of you put up with this bleep bleep.

The guy on the phone was extremely rude. Nobody told me there was a dropbox to pay my rent on the days that they would not be open and nobody send out a notification if they are going to be closed on holidays. They expect you to have seen the sign posted it on the building. Why am I going to the building every week? then they charge you a $77 fee for being late even though they don’t make it easy for you in the slightest.
