My son and his roommate have called number of times to renew their lease and the office makes excuses. I told him to call corporate and report their lazyness. If they put a "eviction " notice on their door, I WILL file a complaint and move up if it leads to court. None of you put up with this bleep bleep.
The guy on the phone was extremely rude. Nobody told me there was a dropbox to pay my rent on the days that they would not be open and nobody send out a notification if they are going to be closed on holidays. They expect you to have seen the sign posted it on the building. Why am I going to the building every week? then they charge you a $77 fee for being late even though they don’t make it easy for you in the slightest. I have rented from here for years and have always been treated good. Maintenance is always on point and they get things fixed asap. Highly recommended
