The guy on the phone was extremely rude. Nobody told me there was a dropbox to pay my rent on the days that they would not be open and nobody send out a notification if they are going to be closed on holidays. They expect you to have seen the sign posted it on the building. Why am I going to the building every week? then they charge you a $77 fee for being late even though they don’t make it easy for you in the slightest. I have rented from here for years and have always been treated good. Maintenance is always on point and they get things fixed asap. Highly recommended
I had the best experience with Hector, Alejandro and the entire staff over the years. Professional, helpful and knowledgeable--I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
Collecting app fees knowing you have no intention of renting to someone and using a 'bad record' as an excuse when I have clean record should be illegal.
