Landmark RE- I’ve been renting the same home for five years. Never had any issues with this company. During my divorce he worked with me and we navigated it with mutual respect. Recently they have a new receptionist, I was just there and witnessed THREE tenants upset and arguing with her. So I know this is not isolated to me. Ok I am definitely not one to leave many reviews, but this one definitely makes the list. I considered renting through here and had two interactions while looking at available properties. Based on those experiences, I decided not to move forward. My first interaction was simple, Mrs. Silva was professional, helpful, and everything went smoothly with all my questions and concerns. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Left us and our dog in 100°+ over the first 3 months we rented from them. Their staff, management, and specifically Hector are useless and negligent. After the ac was finally fixed we had a leak in our kitchen that they neglected to fix. This led to my ceiling falling in revealing a ton of mold that they also had no interest in removing and left it that way for over 6 months.
