I enjoy the entire staff here. They're always nice to me and they take the time to listen.
They've been nothing but unprofessional to me since the first day I had a consultation about Spravato. Was scheduled for noon that day since they had nothing in the afternoon and I write my appointment times while I'm on the phone, I get there at the time they told me and then was stuck there for 3 more hours because they had down 2pm instead of noon lile I was told, I was gaslight by the ladies at the desk , one said in a very nasty tone " we would NEVER make a noon appointment" another one came out to apologize and said " ... read more
I love everyone at landmark health !! I’ve been a patient since 2018 and let me tell you landmark changed my life !! Taylor at the front desk has a great personality! And always makes me smile and feel welcome, a few times I had to bring my 4 year old with me she loves coming to landmark with me she just chills on the couch while I do my tox fast non of the staff ever cares and they always come say hi to my daughter !! I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Not once was my therapist on time (and they usually rescheduled on my way to the appointment). I also just received a bill from them (and I haven't been there in months).
