Keith Simon and his crew did fantastic work painting the exterior of my house, then did excellent work remodeling my back porch. He's fair, honest, responsive, and respectful. Price was overpriced for the quality of work done including not thoroughly completing the work that was agreed upon. Not good communication before or during service performed.
Landmark are the easiest and most stand-up company I've seen out there. From building the estimate through completing the work, they've been flexible, diligent, and noble. My estimate came with a strong urging to get at least two other bids on the work I needed done, and when I chose them, they were upfront about the time before we could get started (recent storms had kicked up a lot repair needs).
