Landmark property management is a company of one.Steve the agent,is an unfriendly and illogical person. The rent seemed below market at first,but for the following years he added $450 to the rent. He gets one month rent for security deposit and at the end he uses more than half of that money for cleaning the apartment.Nothing was new in the apartment.The heater didn't work and he didn't fix it for two years that we lived there.The refrigerator is old ,makes a lot of noise and is a waste of electricity.The owner didn't spend ... read more
