Maria is the most evil staff member there is and I cannot believe how she can be employed. This place is the hood of Overland Park to say the least. Poor maintenance, flooding, mold, dog shit, and way to expensive for what you have to deal with.
Very poor management company. They don't keep there maintenance up in the units . Fast to ask for rent payments., but slow as ever to fix things and respond to maintenance calls. Out dated appliances. And rude and evil staff very non caring Waldo Heights is number one.
