Too many bad service and local manager instances to mention. If you see a Landmark Property sign, you'd be wise to keep searching. Your quality of life will thank you. They work for the owner. Not the tenant. We've been reminded of that. Unfortunately, the property and the management are both owned by Gary Hartunian and well-known slum lord in the valley. I filed out request for apartment viewing and paid the fees to secure it. Now my money is gone since I don’t have either of appointment scheduled and person is not replying back to me.
Too many bad service and local manager instances to mention. If you see a Landmark Property sign, you'd be wise to keep going. Your quality of life will thank you. They work for the owner. Not the tenant. We've been reminded of that
They let me go 2 weeks with a broken toilet. They moved 4 people into a 1 bedroom above me, in violation of the law, then told me I can move if I don't like it because the occupant was a "friend of the owner". They allow other cars to park in my designated spot. Again, telling me I can move if I don't like it. They use maintenance people who don't speak English and don't fix the problem on the first attempt due to the language barrier. There's no way to escalate concerns. They don’t have phone number to call if we have a problem, Manager always somewhere and it’s not possible to reach her. Terrible service
