As a homeowner who worked with this property manager for over a decade I was sadly disappointed when I finially went to my property and saw the state of disrepair. Things I was paying to have done were absolutely not done and clearly the property was not being inspected although I was told it was in good shape. Not sure if this was a scam with the contractors or just collecting rent and not caring to check on the work or property. I would not use Glen Gill as a property manager again nor would I recommend him.
