As a homeowner who worked with this property manager for over a decade I was sadly disappointed when I finially went to my property and saw the state of disrepair. Things I was paying to have done were absolutely not done and clearly the property was not being inspected although I was told it was in good shape. Not sure if this was a scam with the contractors or just collecting rent and not caring to check on the work or property. I would not use Glen Gill as a property manager again nor would I recommend him.

Glen is a professional realtor that led us with ease and efficiency through the selling of my parent's 52 yr. old house. He first educated us on the whole process, then he helped direct our plans for preparing the house for sale, he photographed it beautifully, and he properly represented it and our family to prospective buyers. We had viewings the first day and a contract by day 3. Glen was always accessible for our questions and kept us informed at every step. Highly recommend.
