No parking provided to me even after multiple follow ups and empty spots.. admin is not helpful in resolving conflicts ..building is smokefree but not for the residents living 3 years before and this has created smoke issue in my apartment but admin has done nothing at all to resolve this instead they allowed them to smoke in the balcony and they are creating problems in following my cultural rituals and no actions were taken on neighbors ..Can't move out due to lease ending next year..if you are ok to handle unneccess
Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. They are solely based on the leasing agents, NOT on the building after people move in. LOOK AT THE PICTURE OF P2 PARKING! IT IS DAILY!!! THEY DON’T CARE! After people move in it’s 1 star!!! Building management doesn’t exist! They frequently ignore you and you have to use a stupid app to do everything. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU DRIVE. CARS ARE SMASHED AND BROKEN INTO REGULARLY. They simply don’t care! Avoid at all costs!

It’s is really really very very bad experience in this building and never take this condo and never work with this realtor shannon. Very bad rules and regulations.
