I lived at Landmark On The Lake for five years and enjoyed the time there tremendously. The people in the building are very friendly and warm. The building managers, Tiffany and Stephanie go above and beyond to make the building extra special and to help accommodate all residents’ request. The people on the board of directors are residents thar care so much about the maintenance and upkeep and future of the building. We have lived here for four years and only have great things to say. The building is kept very clean, the staff is amazing, and the overall community is the best part. They host community events, have wonderful amenities, and great communication through their desk staff and website. We are bummed to be moving out - highly recommend!!

I lived at Landmark on the Lake for almost five years, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The panoramic lake views alone make this place special — watching the sunrise over Lake Michigan each morning felt like a luxury. Beyond the views, the sense of community really stood out. Neighbors were friendly, respectful, and created a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.
