Senior Citizens beware!!!!!!. This place will tag team every dollar and cent out of you they can. After several "deals" here......you would have to think maybe you found people you could trust. NOT HARDLY. But what you established is people that know you and how to really rip you off hard for a ton on money. Dear Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention several safety concerns regarding the vehicle I recently purchased from your dealership, 2020 Chevrolet Malibu on July 14th. Since purchasing the car, it has shut off several times or would not start. Upon further inspection we found: • No cover on the battery? • Unconnected wires causing sparks when trying to start. Sean got us into our 25 Wrangler with a 6 speed! we came from out of state to get it and Sean made sure we were taken care of. He even went and washed the car himself so we wouldn't have to wait on it for too long! Highly recommend him.
Getting our Buick was quick and easy. Sean had us take care of with the detail and some paint chips they agreed to fix for us to make it feel like a new car
