I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and everyone who came in after me was called back first. They started trying to run blood work and tests before I even saw the doctor. When I stated I wanted to see the doctor first so all necessary and no unnecessary tests were run, the staff members became confrontational. They said let's go to a room and talk and then shut the door behind me and left. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The office was easy enough to find.
