We had a house to rent; *********************** at Landmark managed the property for 12 years. It was great. They sorted out a lot of problems, including finding renters, getting consistent collections, excellent bookkeeping for our tax records, sorting out some fraudsters advertising on *********** etc. Their work crew managed all of the necessary repairs and updates. They were fine to work with when they took over for my apartment complex. But moving out has been a nightmare. I gave proper notice and they told me they received it. I vacated and gave my keys before the end of the month. On the 1st, I woke up to an email saying I had been charged $1050 for rent for the next month. (My auto pay was still set up, I get that's my fault) but I should never have been charged that. Also the $1050 rent charge was for a 2 bedroom and I had a 1 bedroom so I was overcharged.
