landmark they got money from me from a assessment and I find out is no assessment, do not want to pay me back

The ridges has had 2 or 3 previous management companies and Landmark is the best in my opinion. I like that as a resident I can see our HOA dues going back into the community over the years ie new landscaping, new and additional tables, chairs at the pools etc. The office at both The Ridges and Landmark office are very nice and professional.
Only experience has been with getting a gate tag for my car. The woman who assisted me was pleasant, professional and efficient. Thank you!
