Great location, but was 2x charged for my room; was told I would have a refund, to this date nothing (2 months later by management). Front desk was nice but housekeeping was rude to family in front of kids. They locked me out of my room with dog stuck in room and belittled by housekeeping because dog was in the room and complained she was going to have to pull all the sheets off of the bed and clean the room why there was a dog in the room (everything was on my file and disclosed and paid extra to have the dog in room at res... read more
First positive was the peaceful, panoramic view. Second positive was the extraordinary kindness of staff (in particular, the GM Christopher Bertram), who located an item we left behind ... persisted through a week of long telephone tag ... until we connected and Mr. Bertram voluntarily packed and mailed our item ... and would only let us compensate him for shipping charge. Third positive was the room decor and cleanliness. Hope the best for staff of this Lodge.
Super cute little hotel!!! Feels very homey and comfortable. Dog friendly, good breakfast, gorgeous views and grounds. Great experience and will definitely be back!
Apprently these folks book rooms online let people travel hundreds of miles to tell them NO and not nicely very disrespectful and rude. This is what is wrong with this country we can’t have that on tombstone area at all. So booking .com and all the rest need to be informed of there practices. Stopped by border patrol on my way out and they are apprently being monitored and watched like a hawk. Stear clear of this place by any means. US marshals have also been contacted 💯😎🇺🇸
