Don’t rent any of the properties owned by this company! Especially the Retreat at Candelaria!! The amount of issues the complex has is ridiculous! Crack heads living in the laundry rooms and around the property. No air conditioning in many units. Mold and rats in multiple units. Appliances that don’t work. Constant water shut offs and flooding. So many people have put in maintenance requests and get no responses but their service orders are marked “completed”! This place used to be nice and has gone very far down hill in rec... read more
This apartment complex company needs to be shut down they are the worst things in Albuquerque all of their complexes that this company owns are roach-infested all they care about is getting their rent they only give you 24 hours to move out if they have a problem with you and they charge you from every minute even if you are 5 minutes over they charge you over $300 the state of New Mexico needs to get involved in investigate these apartments before people are moved in but the state doesn't care either housing doesn't care
They have the worst retention and office workers at the property they manage. For Somerset, they hired the rudest office people. B is great, the others are not. They illegally enter apartments with no notice as they are moving out and do not post proper notices regarding water mains, and fixing a parking lot. They hire the cheapest option possible that literally sits on their phone most of the day before they "start" working. Why should it take more than three business days to fix a parking lot? Current resident at one of their properties for several years now. Management is no help to residents with concerns. Laundry facilities have either no working dryer or washers. Allow residents to smoke inside their unit knowing the surrounding neighbors will be affected mentally and physically because the vents are shared. Also the windows are not properly fitted thus allowing cold air in during the winter. If you want them repaired residents are charged for it.
