Called to get a quote on a trade in. Person picked up the phone and barely let me get a sentence out before rudely saying, "I need to see the car" then pretty much just hung up. You don't have to see the car to give a general estimate on what the trade in would be. I was interested in a car there but not anymore.
No pressure, this is the way a dealership should be! – From the moment I stepped on Landmark's lot I felt comfortable. The salesman walked up to see if I needed any help I told him I was just browsing and he let me look around on my own. Usually these guys are so pushy, it was refreshing to see a believable smile on a salesman's face!
