They have so much attitude about simple questions. Aren’t we the homeowners paying your salaries to do your “job”?? Re-train your staff in customer service.
Quick to fine residents/ tow vehicles over the dumbest, probably made-up, “rules”, but MIA when it comes handling ACTUAL neighborhood disturbances or trying to contact them. All these negative reviews are 100% accurate. Worst “HOA” ever. Hope they go out of business.
Horrible customer service. I received two late notices yet moved in our new home in August of 2024 yet didn’t get a letter until May 2025 stating I’m late. I have never received an invoice and Liz was very rude when I tried to resolve the invoice issue. Who on earth expects you to pay them monthly without sending an invoice/statement each month. This is a worst company ,never answers calls .There to literally suck all the money from Home owners.Horrible.
Well, if you are thinking this is a service to its clients and not simply another California cash grab, you’d be wrong. We have lived in this HOA community for almost 6 months now and I have completely been unaware of any type of meetings or gatherings within this community and I use that term very loosely, due to the utter lack of communication on the part of anyone employed by the company. constantly hanging up in the middle of conversations that involve business based on how somebody feels is not professional.
