I am not surprised about the ratings and reviews on this horrible HOA company, because everything I am reading are the exact problems I have! Submitted paperwork for home improvement, following the rules, and they don’t respond back for months. And when they do respond back, they keep asking for more information every time I give them the information they asked for already! This is my HOA company. I’m simply not impressed.
The HOA staff and company are so difficult to work with. We have been communicating to different people/ staff to resolve the issues.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST. I'm currently leasing from one of their property and the parking spot are not enough for the amount of complex they have. YOUR GUES VEHICLE WILL GET TOWED NO MATTER WHAT. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM.
