I had a violation due to a car parked on red zone . I requested to get an evidence of the car. The picture of the car parked in front of my house on the 3/8 is not my car . According to them “they assumed was my car since was parked in front of my house and I never reported it” 3/8 I work as a nurse in the hospital. The company is very nonresponsive regarding phone calls. They also send out notices without any research prior that would make the notice inaccurate.
This company is by far the worse company I have ever experienced in my life. They are beyond rude and unprofessional. I do not understand how they are still in business. Whenever you ask questions to clarify a violation, or a late fee letter, they have no true answer to give you. They beat around the bush with their responses and even threaten you in order for you to fix your violation. Landmark is also very inconsistent with their violations. Got my car towed despite it being registered, then was harassed continuously by security. HOA ignored my requests to pay me back for tow. I took them to court. I saved all my emails to and from them. The owner, Terry, called me the day before our hearing pretending to be an employee saying the HOA will never pay me what I’m asking (which was cost of tow plus lost wages).
