This company is by far the worse company I have ever experienced in my life. They are beyond rude and unprofessional. I do not understand how they are still in business. Whenever you ask questions to clarify a violation, or a late fee letter, they have no true answer to give you. They beat around the bush with their responses and even threaten you in order for you to fix your violation. Landmark is also very inconsistent with their violations. Got my car towed despite it being registered, then was harassed continuously by security. HOA ignored my requests to pay me back for tow. I took them to court. I saved all my emails to and from them. The owner, Terry, called me the day before our hearing pretending to be an employee saying the HOA will never pay me what I’m asking (which was cost of tow plus lost wages). $300 HOA fee due every month on time, but good luck getting anyone to call you back when you have a concern.
Even tho I talked to the president about the HOA increase.. I'm extremely upset about the surprise cost.. I never got any letters or notes or anything.. now in pay almost $300 a month... Maybe if we had a pool.. maybe a place for the kids to play at.. but literally there is nothing! I know places where people are paying maybe $50 a month and have a whole workout center..
