They did a black aluminum pool fence for me. Price was good and most importantly, able to start right away. Problem was the crew and quality control. They did an okay job on the fence itself but used black spray paint on a part of my patio which I still can't get off. They also didn't leave a gap along the wall to where the bottom fence post is in some spots so it makes sweeping the pool deck more challenging than it should be. Worst part was the mess they left. I love this company!!! We have had them completely renovate our front and back yards. Chuck listened to what we wanted and adhered to our budget. The crew is so hardworking and friendly. We will only use Landmark for our projects!
Told the landscaper my budget was 2400 and I didn't want to exceed that. They came to build the flower beds, and didn't ever call to tell me it was going to change the budget or anything. Bill shows up for over 3800 dollars, 1400 over the budget. Tried 11 times to contact the owner to discuss the problem and never answers the phone.
